I just bought my first investment property in the Corpus Christi area.

@Christy Harris  Orygonians don't like CA because they blame then  ( US) for running up the values of property by paying to much... and raising tax's and crowding the roads etc etc. this has been on going for 40 years LOL.. and my adventure in N> WI with IL plates almost got me shot.

Hey @Christy Flora, I don't use Zelle with customers, but I do use it to pay my cleaner.

However, I am interested in investing in real estate on the side, mostly with buy and hold investments.Anyway, I currently have a rental in Corpus Christi that got started the same way I think a lot of people get started with rentals...I needed to move and was afraid to sell.

I get several emails everyday from Kent Clothier trying to sell me another of their products but they don't seem to be able to find the time or have the courtesy to call me to address the non-working program I already have.At least when Christy was working at Kent's company, she returned my calls for help within one hour of my making them.
