Hi everyone, I'm a new member here in orange county Virginia. I've been listening to BP podcasts and trying to educate myself more about real estate investing. I'm interested in multi-family and possibly flipping. I would like to say I'm an "older" potential investor (47) and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions or advice for someone my age looking into investing. Thanks so much!
