You have to be affiliated with at least 1 board of realtors $700/yr, have a sentricard and pay dues in order to access electronic lock-boxes $215/yr, MLS access $660/yr, if you go with a 100% commission brokerage expect to pay approx $3600/yr, continuing education courses/licensing and renewal fees approx $150/yr, showing service membership $1,000/yr, add in the cost of E & O insurance and a few more memberships, broker dues and other misc. things and you're well over $7,000 per year.  

Guns are no more a part of that business than religious beliefs, political affiliations, or favorite foods are.

They have coaches and a lot of education for beginning  Affiliate Broker's.

You'll still be independent business owners, however, just like any other franchisee, with certain limitations.Their organization does not, however, seem to have an affiliate arrangement such as the one I'm connected with.

I also use a safety app called B Safe You (I'm not an affiliate) that enables you to broadcast your location at all times to your friends/family and has an alarm feature that, when pressed, sounds an alarm, immediately calls your #1 contact, and records video & audio of what's happening.

They don't have money for this, have terrible credit, and are wanting to get the unit with financing through an air conditioning company's financing affiliate.
