From what I can tell, the sliding windows in the pictures on the listing (included below) don't appear to meet the requirements for the window opening area to be at least 5.7 square feet, and the sill height is more than 44 inches above the floor.

One little problem I keep encountering is the drywall when I have to put a patch piece of drywall in the original drywall is less the a 1/2 inch but more than the 3/8.

Just a thought::)) I'm not saying NYC is going to be completely under water in our lifetime, but in the next decade or two, places like South Florida could be under inches of water consistently and the shoreline could be nearly wiped out.

You could spray over, say a hammer head imprint around a nail perhaps a 1/16th inch deep, 20 times and it wouldn't disappear since you're "coating" the high area around the low area just as much.

@Mindy Jensen I was looking for a thin sheet of wood to put over it .its about 1/4 inch, and the gap from the real wood to the particle board has a bit of a gap, not much but its there...I didn't know the board had a name...would (pun lol) it be near the plywood?

I visited the home and there was a small area about 1.5 inches long on the corner of the tub and right above the baseboard in her bathroom, the area was damp and there were no broken pipes or anything and I suspect the bathroom was locked up all day and the vent fan was not being utilized.
