What was supposed to help the market, just went the wrong way.

I genuinely welcome someone to give me a real example with actual numbers showing how I'm wrong and I will fully admit it, but I just don't see how. 

I had a similar situation with a tenant who kept complaining about noise in my fourplex, specifically bathroom noises from the upstairs unit.I told her I didn’t think she was happy and that we probably chose the wrong apartment for her.

If the loan officer won't do that for you, you've got the wrong loan officer, find a new one.

Nothing wrong with a Wyoming LLC (although I will argue it's not necessary) but its emphasized over all else and that's causing real harm in how many are operating their businesses.
