There’s a large apartment (a few hundred units) being expanded 3 blocks away.It’s 4 blocks away from a major university health center (and embassy suites for hospital visitors) and 2 miles from another hospital (possible travel nurse MTR potential).

That is your opinion and it's obviously the way you have run your appraisal company...and for years, I can tell, even though you didn't fill out your profile.I'd like to see you fill out your profile so that other reading this thread, not necessarily for those commenting in this thread, but for the public to get a better picture of what you are saying and where you are coming from.BP is a social networking site, while it does contain some very good discussions and has some very good information, especially mine (lol), it is not the University of Real Estate where experience and knowledge is the basis for any qualification.

Typical basic trouble shooting is to inspect all connections, look for loose connections and oxidization, any warm receptacle plates or light switches, smells of melting wire or plastic, signs of burning/arcing/overheating such as blackened areas around receptacle boxes or anywhere there’s a connection, or flickering lights not associated with the bulb not being screwed in tightly.
