@Adedayo Adetunji people that break into a property & occupy it are called "squatters".On September 24, 2014, three new Michigan Statutes went into effect to make squatting a crime and give landlords more options to remove them (see Michigan HB 5069/PA223, HB 5070/PA224, HB 5071/PA225).

I would also join a bunch of Investor groups via facebook and try to connect with as many people as you can.

People are busy with the holidays, and very few are focused on moving. 22 days isn't ideal, but it's not bad for this time of year.

This will cause population growth as people look for affordable places to live.What lesser-known markets are you currently researching, and what specific metrics are you using to evaluate their potential?

I got tired of paying to live in other people’s homes.

I just wanted these people out fast, so I could get some new tenants.

Ultimately it's less of a science than an art, but people rarely truly change so what they did is probably what they'll do.
