Even with the reduced rates, my cash flow is poor for my equity position (i would still be cash flow negative at today’s rates).

We steer our clients away from houses that might technically have high rent but are in a stagnant or declining area.Real estate investments should be about long-term appreciation, not just a snapshot of today's cash flow.

Stuff that is good to look into, it does cost a good amount to pay each month, but there are people who want to sell today and need a quick offer.
