The point of my discussion is not about maximizing profit but gaining hands on education by working with a team of experienced & knowledgable professionals and leverage their talents to help me hone my focus on more complex investments that are of interest to me.

Since we have no way of knowing what your abilities and talents are, if you are a person that would do well working independently, are aggressive, personable, have the ability to deal with clients, know finance, etc., it would be impossible for us to give you career advice.An education never hurt anyone.
