Bigger pockets doesn't allow people to spam/solicit and moderators removed your email. 

And if they don't know you it's likely to get buried in all the spam they receive everyday.Calling the office looking for a random agent to call you is also a mistake.

I don't want people to think I'm spamming. 

Anyone licensed to broker mortgages is inundated with spam from these end-lenders. 

i send 3 colleague requests to local members trying to reach out and connect with others and i get banned fom the private message feature for spamming!!!

Highly suggest making a separate email just for this because you will get spammed like no tomorrow.

Hi @Donnell SuaresFirst, I want the reader of this Posting to know that I only advertise my OWN apartment, not for others.I use Craigslist a lot so I am very familiar with how it works.The issue with CL is that there are a lot of SPAM Postings.

If you go spamming landlords on craigslist I'm guessing you will get a lot of "no," in-person networking will be your deal maker I think. 

Again, 9 out of 10 will just set a list to spam you with everything that hits the MLS.
