As Doreen mentioned above, the burden of proof is on your shoulders. 

I take umbrage with both.All learning is from the proposition that we "Stand on the shoulders of those who have preceded us". 

Indeed, prior to becoming a lawyer, I would ask attorney-friends for advice and they would shrug their shoulders and say things like "I have no idea, I don't practice in that area."  

Their shoulders sag, their tone sharpens, and their confidence melts.Onboard the USS Carney we are tasked with learning the ship’s systems.

That the 3rd party is there to keep the peace and negotiate the deal. i've not only acted as a realtor sometimes I've been the shoulder to cry on, the person to just listen while your clients vent.

@Jonathan Orr We shoulder our costs until the end of the project (we've done up to 160k turnkey job, not fun), if it is something small like 20-40k, but you'll have to pay full retail.

If nothing else, use that quiet time in the morning to THINK - not just about today, but next week, next month, strategize/plan your next move...and the next one after that. 15-30 minutes every day will go a long way towards putting you head and shoulders above your competition no matter your industry.

Hello to Bigger Pockets, been long time follower of the site, so many great people with wonderful advice,  but was always looking over my wife's shoulder as she has been a member for a long time.  

I am a member, and I strongly recommend you rub shoulders with some great people who have been doing this for awhile.
