You have new investors scouring sites like Craigslist looking for the cheapest guy to do a job for them.

In my free time, I find myself just scouring the BP forums reading, and figuring out random questions to post.

I will confess that I have scoured and lurked the website for about a month, but that's probably just got me familiar with the vernacular.

Hi Ya'll,I have done some scouring of the forums and blogs on information relating to finding tenants and now want to know current information the general BP communities opinion on this matter. 

I think I really need to scour my local area harder for private money lenders so I can get better terms.

I have seen this work and had someone invest with me this way.they did their own PPM  with them as manager/sponsor .. business purpose of your PPMis to scour the US to find other syndicated investments that you would invest your PPM funds into.I have by referral and for FREE probably raised a few million for a few of the syndicators on this site that I personally like.. and when talking with them if I did want to be compensated I would need a series 7 license I think then the ability to sell away .. and maybe a RFP would be allowed to as well I have seen that.

My plan is to scour my town looking for potential properties.

I've scoured the Denver planning and development site but came up empty.

My wife and I have been scouring our little city for a house or duplex to buy.

After scouring the MLS I am not excited about many of the homes but on zillow they have some places listed under foreclosure that look pretty interesting.
