All of my Asheville STRs have significant, but manageable, damage apparently.

Taking advice from someone with a financial BIAS is dangerous to your financial health, unless you know that individual to be “above” short term personal gain and strictly in for long term relationships and reputation.  

Last week, we had an issue with the plumbing in a home we sold.

The buyers moved in, used the water, and some areas of the home started flooding.

We sent vendors out that same day to investigate and fix the issu...

Carpet is damaged, couches were destroyed, and all other tenants are complaining of fleas. 

Someone damaging sheetrock in the hallway, damage to the outside, etc that can't be pinpointed to a specific tenant. 

It's not an easy job learning a new skill set this company is looking for people that can turn in a lot of files per month and does not want people who can not provide that..I did my research on this company and thought it was a reputable company obviously I was wrong.

Lots of structural damage, and the entire area is still without water and power for the most part.  

They should keep detailed records, including photos of damaged property, repair estimates, and receipts for items like cars and appliances.

This thing has major reno needed including fire damage mitigation.

S8 tenants also statistically cause more damage than cash paying tenants.
