could you please answer this puzzle, I have been trying to figure it out but im clueless your valuable suggestion is really Appreciated!!

I understand that it has to be put into a land trust but the details have me puzzled.  

By the end of 2015, we had financing, attorney and accountant pieces of the puzzle ready to go.

But  @ the end of the day I'm going to have to "Chunk" all of his recommendations & be a 1,2 or 3 trick pony for awhile before I find all the pieces to the above puzzle.
