could you please answer this puzzle, I have been trying to figure it out but im clueless your valuable suggestion is really Appreciated!!

My Husband and Myself were guarantors for company A and B, we got HELOC from A and invested on Company B with cash paid properties only. To refinance company B properties, If we go to a different bank what are the eligible criteria's as same set of guarantors? or how do we refinance with same guarantors? is there any limits or restrictions with same guarantors for multiple company refinancing?
