Criminals get the right of way, while the ones trying to do things right are punished.

As they say in the business, "the process is the punishment". ;-) And, they ask you the same questions over and over in different ways, to see if your story changes over time.

It should state the penalty/punishment for breaking the lease.That is what you are bound to.

When a bank has to foreclose the homeowner has caused the bank a financial loss and there should be laws that punishment the homeowner not rewarded them.

Different lenders have different policies and it takes experience to know which ones will do certain things and in what time frames.Some states like OR & WA legally punish investors for going after foreclosures.
