If you don't have a contractor, shop around for the hardware (appliances, counters, flooring, etc..) to get an idea of the material costs then add in labor of hourly rates for the install.

I have read through most of the materials on Mark's Land Geek website but I have not made the jump to pay for the course. 

In some cases it may cost a vendor half as much to work with Roofstock as opposed to other promotional companies.

The RV sites do very well on Hipcamp but it does take a bit of effort to promote it and get attention brought to them.

I would not be good at either of those, but that's probably where I would start researching if I had your skill set.Folks have been talking about 3d printers.  3d printed materials are inherently weaker than conventional methods.  

Additionally, try collaborating with local businesses like spas, wellness practitioners, yoga, wineries/taprooms, etc... and try some messaging with them around wanting to promote them in your blog and on your property.

Do you plan on project managing/picking up materials/etc or hiring a GC/PM to do it all?

Most of these guys out there want to do "cost plus" contracts so that you're responsible for all the labor and material costs and they just tack on their 18 to 20% on top.
