Hi Darrin,Without addressing the actual question, I will say Thermofoil is not foil, it's a plastic coating, and in some cases running the oven on self-clean makes it peel off near the stove.They have heat shields for it, but over time expect it to lift off in some areas.It is generally the cheapest option.Good Luck!
