I wonder how much Air BNB will dig into people that have multiple properties on their platform. I

I believe that people do the same here for that exact reason; I have enough emails letting me know of the success stories from those who have built a business as a result of BP to remain confident that our platform is a net benefit to those who engage.That said, it seems like your mind is made up, so I wish you the best of luck going forward.

Legitimacy of a social platform is a function of how "real" the personalities on that platform are.

Fiverr is A great choose for quick and cheap tasks you can also checkout freelancer.com (similar to fiverr) the only problem is that you are not allowed to speak with your website developer and all communications must go through their chat system.However upwork.com is the only platform I know that you can get in touch with a developer that you are allowed to take the job off their platform and have a phone/skype conversation with your site developer.You should checkout past reviews and profiles from different developers and you can find very high qualified developers to build you a very professional site for just a few hundred buck (penny's) I have used some of them my self and they are great! 

Account Closed I thought about trying  Investorfuse before but since it was setup to run on the Podio platform, I said that I could just get my own system setup without the extra monthly costs.
