Good opportunity to explain that they should get it and that your are not responsible for their losses if, for example, a break in happens.These documents go in a folder with a business card in the slot, so packet is professional and presentable at signing.

@Edmund RickerThe DOL opinion letter you reference has no nexus that I can see with the concept of a multi-member LLC where the ownership is fractionally held by IRA accounts belonging to disqualified parties.

The neighborhood is currently around 17% (33 out of 200) are rentals and the POA will require leases to be reviewed and approved by the new Board, if a  rental slot is even available.
