Then the fact it’s the last lot on the big national pro course in the development (for sale plenty of people bough neighboring lots cheap after 07 market brought prices down to extend their property  out) it’s in a good location with views of the green, and fairway, as well as some water on one of the holes on the 18 hole national golf course there (they have a 9 hole course there too but pricing on those is another level, much lower.

I expect my RE to produce far better than 20% return and in general have achieved the infinite return (via BRRRR) on my active RE investments.If you purchased in 2014 at $140k to only be at $260k return including appreciation and cash flow, you invested in a market that far underperformed the national averages (it happens, but recognize it) as many of those years had double digit national RE appreciation.

The best ways to find this are 1) See if your local NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) has an attorney affiliate member. 2) Ask your local landlord and investor club members who they use. 3) If 1 and 2 are not options, go to your local court case lookup site and pull the cases for the third week of the month.
