I have been reading and listening to podcasts for a few weeks now and thought I would introduce myself.About me: I am a husband, father of 2 (2.5 year-old boy, 5 month old girl), and travel nationally working for a fortune 500 medical device company as a consultant in the areas of leadership, process improvement, and change management.

I was also looking for another book to read (I had already read everything under the sun about leadership, but nothing about entrepreneurship or REI).

As an outsider it seems great that leadership is trying to create a strategic plan.
