Fernley is a small town, less than 20,000 folks, and so far my realtor wife and I have not seen a significant impact from the Tesla announcement.

so what you need to do is the leg work / networking to find out what the other local folks are doing. 

Its a gamble to go the permit route or not in Philly and absolutely matters the neighborhood/your neighbors as they are usually the folks that will call L&I on you OR if your property is near other construction sites where inspectors would be traveling to/from.

At a certain net worth, folks don’t worry about cash flow they have all they need.

I did receive an e-mail from them last month recommending that i offer a 10% discount which i was already doing.Forcing an opt out just upsets folks.

My friend and I are interested but would like 1-2 other folks to get the pricing down.
