Is the fact that I’m a RE agent going to possibly hinder me from wholesaling ?

Unless your partner can bring to the table skills that you don't have but need badly, it will hinder you rather than expedite your wealth journey.  

when it is in good shape I don't think it hinders any renters, but it's also not uncommon to see them get banged up, cracked, and otherwise rundown and then they look pretty raw and unappealing.I'd say if you're able to keep it looking good over the long haul it could be a solid option. 

I believe the meet ups are currently virtual so being in Phoenix will not hinder you attending.  

If you are there to help sell a small wholesale companies locked up contracts to cash buyers, and you want to be paid too, you are asking each buyer to pay two middle people in the transaction, hindering their profit margin and increasing their risks.

age doesn't technically matter but it can hinder you a bit. first, it's hard for most new investors to show they know what they are doing. reason is, most don't, until you have a bunch of deals under your belt and you actually do know what you're doing. so a 19 year old with no experience, you're going to have to really convince people you can closethe second is just years of knowledge.

A bad lender at a great institution will only prevent you from enjoying the full use of their resources or worse:  Sell you things that hinder your progress.  

That helps us sometimes when I am in a bind and really need him to fix something super quick (like when the buyer's request repairs be done before the appraisal can be ordered), but it probably also hinders my ability to be firm with him at other times.
