Real estate investing in Southern California
Hello Everyone happy Friday! I am fairly new to the real estate industry and I've started as a dispositions agent for a small wholesale company. One of the topics of concern I come across when speaking to my buyers is the spread. I understand that the market we're in is unseen, that being said, what is a reasonable spread( profit margin) for a deal to be worth the purchase?
