I invest in the southern US where I get 20 or 25 days or more occupancy per month, year round, it just makes more sense to invest down south you just get higher occupancy‘s and way higher return on investment.I do have some friends who invest locally in the Poconos and yes it is very very tough for them to find cleaners, property taxes are very expensive almost $1000 per month , Their electricity bills run about $1000 per month as well.

I have had several 90 year old tubs reglazed.....looks great at first but is not very durable, even the guys who are the pros can only do so good, DO NOT use the hardware store over the counter refinish kits, they are garbage...the pro job will last 5+ years but they will eventually chip or peel(some sooner than others) and/or if your tenant uses the wrong cleaners(abrasives like AJAX) it will speed up that failure.

Sure, some of us also have a W2 job or other streams of income but still, there is a loss of work and its income that stemmed from the virus.Does that mean - as a host, manager, maybe cleaner - you'd be eligible for the unemployment benefits extended as a result of the virus and the passage of the stimulus bill?
