I'd rather go with a wholesaler or local pre-foreclosure before committing to something on zillow that seems like a grab for an eager newbie investor...

Helens OR I think this has some merit in your areas were new construction cost out strip what rents will garner plus these are literally bullet proof  :)maybe you grab some dirt there that is not too expensive and set these up maybe like a little MHP type thing.. his 8 plex I believe he is stacking them.. very common in Denmark they stack them 10 high.Also I have been picking up lots in Richmond CA  ( formerly and presently the hood) with ideas of putting these on the skinny lots.

What I do is as soon as they leave I walk out to my truck and grab another lock set for each door and change the locks or rekey the doors immediately. 

I would grab a domain name for the future but having a web site as your only mechanism to drive bookings is worthless.

@Gaurav RajIf the guy on the lease has took off and now you got hoodlums not on any lease partying stealing services from others and selling drugs then I’d grab some friends and go directly over there and get things straightened out .
