@Amin Bhatia truthfully, I have only worked with one investor from Canada...lots to learn, but not insurmountable differences...LLC is the only way I buy property...with preparation to transfer title to my personal name to re-fi residential properties. 

@Lawrence Cox III there are very few instances I can think of where hard money is a good idea...use it as a lender of last resort...and if you are going to re-fi to get out from under a hard money loan, make sure your figures on ARV are rock solid.

I love seeing different paths that people have taken to FI, and that you knew when enough was enough.Do you plan to maintain the deal structures, or buy out partners over time?

Hey y'all Quick questionIf I put security cameras on my property, i.e. duplex is there a disclaimer that I should get signed by the tenants, or is it just too risky and should I just remove the cameras.Thanks n Semper Fi BP

Do we hold onto it, re-fi to 30-years and treat it like a traditional rental?

Either they are Hi-Fi/topnotch which present nice/slick presentation package backed-up by investors OR, way below, garbage Multi-families properties.Let me know if you know anyone else... :)
