Second I would go for the any piece of the 20% interest (60% is better) & file a partition action;  in the complaint I would state that the heir who lives in the property has already been paid via living there.Here is my answers to your questions1) no2) 60%  with possession you could rent it out3) collect rent or force a sale4) court action*** the twist is the deceased heir's interest*** that's  your wild card that would be nice to have in your pocket, good luck  ps-- does the winner get to drive your 599 Fiorano???

An attorney may originate a loan in connection as ancillary services in connection with their legal representation, in other words, if they are selling properties out of a trust they administer for a client they may originate a financing agreement.Another twist is that a real estate broker in CA may be involved in a seller finance agreement without being a mortgage broker but I believe they will still have the registration number.

Plus, I would not have the drama they manipulate and it appears that the people of this country are only interested in BS drama rather than real education so I doubt my show idea would sell.Will, not to cramp your style... but maybe add the twist that you mentor newbies in your show... the "know it all" beginners would add plenty of their own drama with their mistakes and resisting your guidance.
