The separate entity will be included in the sale. 48 Vacant pads with vacant park-owned homes (mostly older vintage), which can be renovated and sold. ~5-10 of which are likely unsalvageable.The current owner is retirement-age and owns another nearby park (out of my price range) and several other rental properties.

wholesale houses.. snap flip.. etc etc.. its rampant as we know. and now we have FAUX lenders ripping off beginners on BP and other sites for small up front money in the promise of 5% loans with zero credit.. they have fake websites etc.

@Christopher Winkler I would consider leaving the ceiling texture unless your plan is to remove the beams (probably faux).

I know it's market dependent, but a couple years back I started buying faux wood blinds instead and I'm replacing them about 90% less.
