In my market and many places, vinyl plank flooring with the greyish hue to it is flying off the shelves due to its popularity, durability, and ease of application.

Quartz seems like the best choice for low maintenance and durability.

Steel is durable under some extreme weather but not all.

I'm considering doing some type of durable vinyl but I wanted to get some feedback. 

Most of these upgrades, we felt, would generate a return by having differentiating aesthetics, more utility, or more durability (or some combination of the three). 

We like to do laminate flooring throughout (and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms) as it is more durable and doesn't need to be deep cleaned/replaced after a tenant moves out.  

In a rental you want what is the most durable.

I want to go with the best bang for the buck and durable.  

Would you put on cheap laminate or formica or spend a little more for quartz or something more durable?  

Love the idea of the vinyl plank for a mobile home, seems to cover up the imperfections and stays durable plus i can install that myself - but 1200 sqft of plank makes a huge impact on the flip budget.Also, I tend to remove mobile home sized doors and windows and replace with standard when needed.
