You should reach out to the city hall, or look up their directory and find the appropriate office. 

See if your local worship center will allow you to make an appeal, or add you to their business directory.

Check with your local real estate group or the bigger pockets hard money lending directory to find a good hard money lender.

If not, check the lender directory here on BP, there may be a lender who can assist.

Tell people they are welcome on your page, give them a navigation directory, (if you are in foreclosure (put an anchor text to your foreclosure page) where you will explicitly talk to them about getting out of foreclosure by selling their house to you.
