My current goals,-Finish and digest the 3-4 books that are on my docket as soon as possible.

Does anybody have any sources like books, podcasts, youtube, or other ways to digest information?!

i find it's way more actionable, digestible, motivating.. to learn from someone who's just like 1.5-2.5 years ahead of where you're at now. finding someone at THAT point, may save you quite a bit of money in mentoring AND actually get you better results.

I really haven't had the time to sit down, talk to my CPA, and really digest it.

It can be a lot to digest at first but finding the right team can take a lot of the pressure and learning curve off of your plate.

Then there's the typical stuff that comes along with an increase in population -- food, entertainment, hospitality, all of which will need people, and all of which will need housing.Again, just thinking out loud here, to help digest the potential for the area.
