I'm a web developer/ real estate investor and I just started playing with Dapps, is anyone else working on similar application?

I admittedly know nothing about this market or costs associated with developing/managing something like this.

The whole reason FHA developed a short sale method is to reduce the loan balance down to reality, down to what the home is worth, down to the value of the collateral at the bank accepted. if they had the cash, they wouldn’t be behind on their monthly payments.You're right I overlooked that part.

There are far fewer opportunities for leaks to develop in the drain plumbing under the sink when there are less than half the amount of joints within the plumbing.  

@Rick Albert is right on and gives good advice.I'm actually wholesaling a property this week, but this just happens because I am in the game doing flips, developments, and rentals. i would never try to make a business out of it. 

The emotional part takes time to develop, but the more you consciously practice it, the better.  

Develop a clear plan, set milestones, and remember that building wealth through real estate is a marathon, not a sprint.Good luck!
