A 3600 Sf dental lab 2 doors down sold for $900k a few months ago. 500 feet away as at Saco and Pendleton has another 200 condo units going in. 

There are some good spots near the dental school and downtown that can get good returns and med students can make great tenants. 

There are lots of good tax practitioners around. 

I currently have 7 Locations and we own 4 of the properties where our dental offices reside.

Darcy said to expect more nontraditional shopping center tenants like health clubs, charter schools, pawn shops, thrift stores, self storage and medical and dental facilities to replace traditional retail stores.

I have a strong background in commercial and residential construction where I spent almost 20 years before re-inventing myself and now am a pediatric nurse practitioner. 

I am currently working part-time in the dental field.

It seems like fortune 500 companies like Walgreens, Rite Aide etc. seem to be less risk than say a small dental office.
