You are dealing with your first eviction/rehab but if that happens again in 6 months and it takes months to evict will that financially stress you?

To find good deals for your BRRRRs, you will need to network.

Was that deal a multifamily too?

You might also consider house hacking or a local deal first to get some hands-on experience before managing remotely.

Many banks wont touch deals that are sub 90% occupancy, so you could negotiate short term seller financing to help give you runway to make the building bankable for a refinance while you reposition it.
