I read the e-book 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth and it mentions using $200/unit/month as the target.

Since joining, I have started downloading the wonderful E-books provided by BP as to better grasp the basics and to educate myself before taking steps towards entering the real estate market, such as a realtors license. 

We invested together in a couple of deals and found that we work well together and have complimentary skill sets. 

It can be an article, white paper or an eBook that talks about a relevant topic, like purchasing value-add multifamily properties, top rental markets for investors, or other similar topics.

Your local library might even have some of them as ebooks you can download and read for free.
