How get lists from the county?

I'm interested in getting a list of properties from the county for a myriad of properties, including tax delinquent, hoa liens, etc.  It's my understanding the lists from the county can also include probate, divorce and pre-foreclosure, however, my county says they don't have the information for any of the latter.  I know it can be purchased elsewhere, however, I'd like to get it directly from the county (complimentary) if possible-
