Nobody wants to be a "GM" in a company of 1, right.

Hi @John Daniels - the mortgage company I work for, Assurance Financial, is based out of Baton Rouge and we have offices throughout Louisiana.

I haven't used REI Nation, but I have done due diligence with two turnkey companies that I am on the waiting list for properties that work for me.

Today I got a certified letter stating a lien has been placed on the property by the landscaping company they hired but have not paid.

The insurance company says it’s too much of a fire hazard.

As I have said they can throw people out for negativity so you will unlikely get a true and honest review from anyone in a forum like this. these training companies just follow MLM tactics  ala Amway etc.. right down to the sell the product make money. its all the same marketing just the product is different.

If you are getting financing, the mortgage company will need to walk the property for an appraisal.

I would definitely reach out to several brokerages within the area that could better facilitate as the middleman when Insurance Companies do reach out. 

These companies will end up holding on to buildings for longer than they planned, keeping inventory low.
