Does anyone recommend a certain KinderCare or child care in the area??

She recently lost a newborn baby and everything has been downhill since She has stopped communicating with me for over three weeks now, has missed her last rent payment, has let the house go completely to hell, and I just got a letter from the magistrate that I have a court hearing over the amount of trash in the backyard.I posted a 30 day notice on her door being that she is month to month.

Its a whole different world for state and federal government requirements between 1099 and W-2.Oh, and the big kicker--if they qualify for an unearned child tax credit, they can ask you for it upfront and you ARE REQUIRED to pay it to them. 

Hot economy, jobs, all types of loan forbearance, stimulus checks, child tax care credits, raging stock market, rock bottom interest rates, quantitative easing, extra unemployment benefits, home value increases, highest savings rates in history, the list goes on. 

The reason one landlord sold me his 28-unit apartment building is because a child died in his pool.

It's horrific and a major reason why the Chinese birthrate is still plummeting despite the 3-child policy. 

Just for their case, I really want the payments for the child tax credit to go away.

They are exempt from that tax as well due to property transfer from parent to child. 

Much of that labor was child labor (or rather offspring labor--he is 18 now) and mother labor (she came over for a few hours on two days to clean and do little stuff to keep me company), but it's still a lot of time!
