I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

A few years back, I was asked by Airbnb to take part in a worldwide hosting study and, as a result, they shared the conclusions with me.

It's rather informal as of now, but I forsee it picking up more steam this year.Peers consist of 0~50+ unit property owners ranging from SFH's, 12-Plex Multifamily, Mixed-Use commercial, and so on.I intend to host our next meeting in Garrison as It's between Minot and Bismark, and we have the perfect building for a meetup!

Or they simply get tired of being on call with guests, 24/7 (yes, there are co-hosts and VA's, but that is another person to manage).We just took on a home that was previously owner-managed - it had tons of deferred maintenance and the calendar was 50% empty.

I'm actually hosting my Meetup this month (5/23) at the house if you are in the area and want to stop by to meet some local investors let me know. 

I own 4 acres right next to the Graton Casino  that could be my next project put in about 100 apartments and call it a day.. won't have great returns 5 to 6% but I will get them and not have all the stress and drama like what your going through...

Hosting a website through Squarespace is relatively straight forward and cheap.

Home inspector, property manager (some states require various licensing), admin at a realtor office, contractor / trade apprentice, landscaper, home painter, lender, wholesaler, or co host / arbitrage STRWorking at a Lowe's or Home Depot would be good too.
