@Steven Caldwell - I am by no means an economist, but there are some very clear differences between now and the 2008 crash.First and foremost, the 2008 crash was a real estate-induced crash due to mortgage companies not properly vetting buyers and then selling off bad mortgages that ultimately defaulted.In our current situation, our government has flooded the economy with cash thus driving up inflation over the long term, which inevitability also drives up with the real estate market. 

3 tenants got approved and hadn't paid me for 6 months Now I am in the hole for over $15k waiting for these bums to send me rent relief checks..

Pretty bummed to see that go or maybe its just my screen and I am not seeing where that column is now? 

I personally think icemakers and water/ice dispensers are really nice and I would be bummed if I had gotten used to them and lost them.....What is it, an extra $500....?

I also recommend you provide them with a simple form to fill out contact information for all adults residing in each unit and ask for their preferred method of communication.You don't know if they are good renters that you want to keep, or if they are bums you want to get rid of.

Ask your attorney to get a hearing the day after 4/30 ( it'll take some time, but you'll be granted eviction), get the signed order from the Judge, give the order to the Sheriff, Sheriff will throw the bum out.
