I have used closed cell foam on one of them, back when I started. 

I see a lot of businesses like this, where the seller has significant opportunities to build, but says something like "I need young blood in here to do that. 

Get a loan (with a lender with more than 2 brain cells) when you buy again like the rest of the country and leave this one alone.

Anyone can get high blood lead levels, the law only specifies under 6 because it affects the developing brain more severely then a it affects a fully developed brain.

This made my blood boil.
