Additionally, if the tenant sues and the judge finds that the landlord withheld the security deposit in "bad faith", then the judge can award damages to the tenant up to twice the amount of the original deposit.

But in appears that the judgment that was awarded and foreclosed on was in favor of a defendant, in this case a junior lender.

I was recently watching an instructional video by a local real state wholesaler, who said that I should be able to go to my local probates records department and just ask for the files from the last 2 weeks of probate court.I am trying to do this research, so that I can find people who may have been awarded properties via probate court that don't really want to own those properties.When I went down to the probate court today, they told me that they can't give files out in that manner, and that I would need to provide them specific case numbers.With that being the case, how would I go about coming up with the case numbers?
