I know the exact type you're referring to, it does get annoying.

Otherwise, you'll need to file for eviction as soon as you close which is a lengthy, expensive, and annoying process.

That said, as an experienced flipper who heavily relied upon a network of wholesalers I can whole heartedly endorse this approach of an equilibrium in buyers to deals, NOT the "let's blast each deal to the entire universe", which is no kind of relation, it's an annoyance, one that has us flippers looking for a replacement wholesaler in like kind. 

As a native Californian and having been in CO for 10 years, the boom-bust cycles are annoying; might as well play at the casino. 

So even with its own mortgage insurance and other annoying limitations, FHA is sounding more practical than the Conventional loan, which may go up again before the end of the year to 7%!

I find talking to any computer annoying - Google, Alexa, or otherwise. 

Did my due diligence & know the numbers work as a househack (with good promise for competent rents down the line once I decide to move out).....Outside of dealing with an annoying back and forth with the seller/developer, I can't help but get cold feet due to the size of the town (around 5,000 population).
