Neither have a job, but have each had 1 interview at as gas station and at a Wendy's, during and ending conveniently while I was at work and when asked for proof of even going they both blow up at me accusing them for lying.

No one is forcing you to invest.Lucus my post was in jest .. not accusing any syndicator of blowing investor money on due diligence.. or using it for private aviation or buying a lambo.. :) 

They also had a newborn who was sick and they accused me of not keeping safe living conditions in the apartment.

Read it carefully Dennis, you said realtors are useless in this *scenario* and I disagreed stating, no all realtors are NOT useless IN THIS SCENARIO by stating:Maybe the realtors you have come into contact with are useless for this info but that does not mean that ALL realtors are useless for this.I did not put words in your mouth, you are misunderstanding my response so before you accuse me of being unprofessional, make sure you have a clear understanding before making misinformed attacks on my character, there are several hundred thousand members here that will disagree with you on that comment.

We are after people that are absolutely OK with trading the process being fast and hassle free for money.Most of the wholesaler haters accuse wholesalers of taking advantage of the seller by offering less.

They are flooded with bad reviews, people accusing them of scamming, etc.Their "essentials," when I tried them, years ago, was between $2k - $3k.

That said, I'm considering investing in some private companies via Debt Financing because they would pay a quarterly distribution if all goes well.I understand it can be risky (some of the private companies have a fraught history, with CEO's that were accused of fraud & bankruptcy; while other companies have a cleaner track record).

Than you have the audacity to accuse me of doing the very thing that you're doing.
