If I were to receive this, I would scratch it off out of curiosity, but that would be it. 

It has been great for me in that I can still be a Marine (when I want to), maintain benefits for my family, and accrue years towards retirement.

However, the thing to keep in mind is that if you impose the fee, and she refuses to pay it, all you can do is allow it to accrue along with the late fees that are caused by the ongoing balance, and then serve eviction for nonpayment once the moratorium is lifted.

Those numbers would be way too tight for me to consider.Great job accruing for Maintenance and Capex, though I think you will find those figures are very light. 

Out of curiosity, I'd be interested in hearing how properties in larger cities are faring.
