While we had a telehandler on site to move lumber and help frame walls I decided to rent a big crane with an operator to help set the pre-fabricated roof trusses.

Also the foundation is often not able to support it as well.If you can, then peeling off the roof, removing the trusses and building up should be fairly straightforward.

I think it is worth the asking price but my main source of fear, which I intend to mitigate by going back with my contractor, is condition of the trusses.
