I went to school to be a school teacher but as time went on I realized I love kids but from a distance lol -- no seriously these teenagers are tough and I'm not into baby sitting!

I advised the tenant to call the police if she fears that her vehicle may be damaged by the actions of the teenagers in the lot.

I'm a little biased, but after spending time as a kid/teenager working the low rungs of the construction trade, I'll avoid painting pretty much at all costs.  

Likely, in an excellent(top 5%) spot within America.In my position, I'm about 4-6 years away from unofficially retiring young with 3 kids right at their teenage or right before teenager years, and a 4th that'll be 3-5 years old.

We are Atlanta's little teenage brother growing up (fast) We are all lucky to be in a booming city basically still many years of growth left I have to disagree on this being a good buy and hold market on most markets.

I've had tenants do this with their own teenagers in residence, saying they don't want their kids or their friends having access to their room before they get home from work in the evening.    

Most of it I accumulated through retail credit cards and small banking loans I had so easily been given right after my 18th birthday, like any typical teenager with thousands of dollars in "free" money at my disposal I went shopping!
