Once I found a super reliable and thorough cleaning crew, I made sure I let them know I value their services.

However, San Diego is an extreme case.However rents increase fast in San Diego.  

These are good questions, but keep in mind that a month of obsessive research is still the absolute tip of the iceberg.

Problem with Zillow and FB is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

Although it was hyper competitive and timing was super critical on the majority..
